á ImageAttention Seventh Graders: Do you have leadership skills? Are you a positive role model? Do you LOVE Beadle Middle School? Do you enjoy interacting with others and helping out? If so, you would be a great Top Dawg! Top Dawgs have special responsibilities including going on elementary visits in the spring, attending and helping with Sneak Peek, Jump Start, and Orientation. They also work in the sixth grade Bulldog Blocks during Hexter 1 of their eighth grade year and serve as ambassadors to new students coming to Beadle.

If you are interested in becoming a Top Dawg, you need to complete an application(click to download application) and return it to the office by 7:45 a.m. Monday, December 15th. Applications will be available in the office starting Monday, December 8th and on the school fusion page. Top Dawgs will be selected by Friday, December 19th and students will be notified by letter. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Jacobs.

Rotary Honor Roll
á Rotary Honor Roll á
á Rotary Honor Roll Applications will be available in December.á Deadline to turn in Application is Wednesday, February 4th at 3:30 pm.
á
Each year, the Rotary Club of Omaha honors outstanding eighth grade students from across the community.á In order to be considered for this opportunity, eighth graders need to complete and submit an application.á A team of staff members will score applications using a rubric to narrow the field.á The final applicant field will be submitted to staff for final selection.
á
This award seeks to acknowledge students who demonstrate outstanding leadership, character, scholarship and presence.á The act of self-advocating through the completion of an application is a great introduction to tasks such as applying for a job, submitting scholarship applications, and applying to college.á Students who are selected for the award will be invited to the 88th Annual Rotary Honor Roll Luncheon on May 6th.á For more information on the Rotary Honor Roll you can visit http://honorroll.omaharotary.org/
